Thursday's Dinner: Southeast Asian Grilled Flank Steak

Tonight for dinner we had Southeast Asian Grilled Flank Steak, Steamed Carrots with Garlic-Ginger Butter, New Potatoes with Garlic Vinaigrette, all from my Cooking Light Annual 2009 cookbook.  This was another miracle meal that all four kids liked although the kids had their potatoes plain.
