Dessert Tonight: Fuyu Persimmon Bundt Cake

....or as Michael calls it, 'The Cake of Deliciousness'. 
We finally got to try the cake we made yesterday and it was delicious!

That looks delicious - if you can believe it I have never eaten a persimmon - for some reason I was expecting the cake to be an orange shade like the outside of the fruit :) Bet it was good! Nancy A.
