I've been testing recipes to serve for our Christmas brunch and finally 
found the perfect Cooking Light recipe! 
This is beyond delicious and can be done in advance. 
If the recipe is followed exactly each piece is 12 Weight Watchers Smart Points.  
I used fewer and thicker slices of bread and had 2 pieces 
instead of one for 31 (!!!!) Smart Points.
