Sunday's Brunch: Overnight Caramel French Toast.  I've been testing recipes to serve for our Christmas brunch and finally  found the perfect Cooking Light recipe!  This is beyond delicious and can be done in advance.  If the recipe is followed exactly each piece is 12 Weight Watchers Smart Points.   I used fewer and thicker slices of bread and had 2 pieces  instead of one for 31 (!!!!) Smart Points.

We had a sneaky dinner tonight! Lighter Sloppy Joes.  Half of the meat is replaced with mashed garbanzo beans.  My family rated this a 10/10 and they were surprised  when I told them there were garbanzo beans in it.  Served with roasted potatoes and a side salad. 13sp for the meal.
