Dinner last night:  Caramelized Onion and Turkey Sausage Pizza.  You will not feel deprived with 2 slices of this amazingly delicious pizza!   The caramelized onions were PERFECT with the turkey sausage.   This recipe was a hit with the entire family  and is now on the top of my 'Make Again' list!   Recipe from Cooking Light. 8 Weight Watchers Smart Points per slice.   17 Smart Points for 2 slices and a side salad.

Borges Ranch Hike

Pasta with Kale, Bacon, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes.   This recipe from Cooking Light was so quick it caught me off guard!   I used bacon that was leftover from breakfast which sped up the prep a bit.   Very good and loved by everyone.   The kids were disappointed that there are no leftovers for their school lunch tomorrow.  Served with a side salad.  Yum!  13 Weight Watchers Smart Points for the meal.

Coconut Pancakes with Orange-Mango Compote.  This was a delicious Cooking Light recipe!  It wasn't that coconut-y considering it had  coconut flour and coconut milk in it  but it was still an amazing pancake recipe!  If I made the the size recommended by Cooking Light  they would have been much lower in points!  16 Weight Watchers Smart Points for 2.
