Hearty Tortellini Soup

This recipe was so delicious! 
It makes 12 servings so I halved it and still got 8 servings! 
No leftovers because it was so good! 
The soup is 8 Weight Watchers Smart Poinnts, 
I topped it with 2 oz basil sausage 
from Lockeford Meats for an additional 6 Smart Points.

Chipotle Chicken with Coriander Rice

Oh wow, was this dinner ever delicious! 
The cherry preserves and chipotle sauce 
was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. 
Served with a side salad.

Basil-Ricotta Ravioli with Spinach

Basil-Ricotta Ravioli with Spinach, 
Prosciutto-Almond Green Beans, and Balsamic Roasted Broccoli. 
This meal was fantastic and the ravioli 
was easier to make than I expected!
