Rosemary-Fig Chicken with Port

This Cooking Light recipe was very good and pretty quick to make. 
My sauce was on the thick side and the fig preserves were too sweet 
so I thinned it out a bit with some chicken stock. 
Served with spiralized sweet potatoes and a side salad. 
16 Weight Watchers Smart Points for the meal.

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella and Pickled JalapeƱos

So good, so quick, so easy! 
I used fresh jalapenos since I don't usually have pickled on hand. 
This is one of the best pizza recipes Cooking Light has....but I believe 
 have said that about every pizza I have tired! 
9 Weight Watchers Smart Points per slice, 1/8 pizza.

Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo.
My daughter really wanted chicken and broccoli alfredo 
so I modified this sauce recipe from Cooking Light.
It was very tasty, I will definately make this again!
Believe it or not, that is only 2 oz of uncooked pasta!  
The broccoli really bulked up this meal, making it very filling.
12 Weight Watchers Smart Points for the meal.
