Thank you, Weight Watchers!

I received the nicest surprise from Weight Watchers!  
They sent me this beautiful "Enjoy The Journey" MantraBand bracelet.  
The enclosed note said they enjoy following my journey 
and thought I deserved a little something special.  
This bracelet is a perfect reminder that weight loss 
is a long journey, not a quick fix.  
Getting to my goal weight is taking a long time but 
I keep moving forward and am enjoying my life (and food!) along the way!  
Thank you, Weight Watchers!  I love it!

Hearty Tortellini Soup

This recipe was so delicious! 
It makes 12 servings so I halved it and still got 8 servings! 
No leftovers because it was so good! 
The soup is 8 Weight Watchers Smart Poinnts, 
I topped it with 2 oz basil sausage 
from Lockeford Meats for an additional 6 Smart Points.
