Coconut Pancakes with Orange-Mango Compote.  This was a delicious Cooking Light recipe!  It wasn't that coconut-y considering it had  coconut flour and coconut milk in it  but it was still an amazing pancake recipe!  If I made the the size recommended by Cooking Light  they would have been much lower in points!  16 Weight Watchers Smart Points for 2.
